Day 2 : Kathmandu City Heritage Tour

After breakfast, you will embark on a full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city. You will visit some of the iconic landmarks and cultural sites of the city including Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square. You will learn about the rich history and culture of Nepal as you explore these fascinating sites.

Day 3 : Patan, Bhaktapur and Nagarkot overnight
On the third day, you will head out of Kathmandu to visit the ancient cities of Patan and Bhaktapur. These cities are known for their stunning architecture and rich cultural heritage. In Patan, you will visit Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Bhaktapur, you will explore the famous Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which is home to the 55 Window Palace and the Nyatapola Temple. After visiting these cities, you will head to Nagarkot, where you will spend the night.

Day 4 : Nagarkot sunrise and fly to Lumbini and sightseeing
You will wake up early to catch the stunning sunrise over the Himalayas from Nagarkot. After breakfast, you will fly to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. You will visit the sacred site of the Maya Devi Temple and the Ashoka Pillar, which marks the spot where Buddha was born. You will also visit other important Buddhist sites in Lumbini including the sacred pond of Puskarni and the Buddhist Monastic Zone.

Day 5 : Kapilvastu sightseeing and fly back to Kathmandu
On the fifth day, you will visit Kapilvastu, which is believed to be the childhood home of Lord Buddha. You will explore the important archaeological site of Tilaurakot, where the ancient city of Kapilvastu is believed to have existed. You will also visit the Kapilvastu Museum, which houses a collection of artifacts and relics from the ancient city. In the evening, you will fly back to Kathmandu. Evening we will have farewell dinner with cultural show in Typical Nepalese restaurant.

Day 6 : Departures
On the final day of your trip, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
